C9800 Offsite WPA2 Network

Hello,

I'm running a C9800 embedded on a C9115AXI AP. I have multiple different sites I'm deploying access points (C9115AXI-B) at.

I have the policy configured so that if I create an open network, I am able to connect just fine. However, the minute I try and create a secured network, we use WPA2 with a PSK. I am unable to connect. Using the same WLAN at the site with the controller, I have no issues. It's only when I'm offsite do I have this issue.

EDIT: Firmware: 17.2.1

Which devices are suffering that issue?

Have you tried to configure WPA2-WPA3 hybrid mode?

I have tried WPA2-WPA3 mixed mode, and that didn't help. We are using some legacy devices, such as Motorolla's VC5090 running Windows CE5.0, which does not support WPA3, they are unable to connect, as well as modern machines running windows 10, surface pros included, and we have a few mobile printers as well as another desktop print/scan/fax. All will not associate.
