error in PI while activating secondary mse license

hi,

i got the attached error while configuring mse high availability. during the pairing of the secondary mse , the activation license needs to be installed but having the error after clicking save.

tried to search for answer but couldnt find anything helpful. please help...

the PI is 3.6 and the mse is 8.0.150.0 which is compatible as checked from the compatibility matrix.
