Failure on profile authentication

I am not able to have users authenticate on our main profile today but can on other ones. The error message I get is:

<Status> Server identity rejected [profile-X].

What should I look at first? The configuration looks to be correct and nothig has changed that I'm aware of at this time. Thanks.

I'm not sure what type of EAP you are trying to do but I'm guessing its either PEAP or EAP-TLS. This type of message typically means that the client didn't accept the server's digital certificate public keys to setup the tunnel.

It looks like our authentication server certificates have expired over the weekend. I just opened a case with TAC for assistance as I've never installed a certificate. Thanks for your help though.
