Guest VLAN, easy config

I've seen lots of references to other articles and setups, but I can't make sense of most of them. I have a Cisco WLC with 3 AIR-LAP1042N wireless APs. All is working fine for internal users. I need help with a guest VLAN with internet access only. Need to keep visitors away from our network. Can all this be done with my existing APs and WLC? I don't have a subnet setup for the visitors. I just need to know where to start. Thanks in advance
