how to bring up wifi interface on ap3802i

Level 1

Hello,

WLC 9800L has two different AP with different country code.

C9120AXI-B APs were joined with country code US and working fine now.

AP3802i AP were joined with UK but wifi0 and wifi 1 were down. Client couldn't connect this AP.

Is there any solution to bring up wifi0 and wifi 1 on AP3802I on cli command?

or at WLC 9800 GUI menu?

Thank you.

  >...AP3802i AP were joined with UK but wifi0 and wifi 1 were down. Client couldn't connect this AP.
        - I don't think these relate to the operational status of the AP , check that on the controller

If a client can not connect then use client debugging according to :
                     https://logadvisor.cisco.com/logadvisor/wireless/9800/9800ClientConnectivity
You can have client debugs analyzed with : https://cway.cisco.com/tools/WirelessDebugAnalyzer/

Also have a checkup of the WLC 9800L configuration with the CLI command show tech wireless ; feed the output into :
                                                                                                                   Wireless Config Analyzer

When the mirror will then always repond to me with ' The only thing that exceeds your brilliance is your beauty! '

I couldn't capture text file. It's still scrolling down.

I found  error message of AIR-AP3802I-E-K9

  Radio Type                                    : 802.11ax - 2.4/5 GHz

Regulatory domain check for this slot has failed. This slot will not be operational.

is it impossible to use multiple country code with one WLC 9800L?

AP IOS version are all same. v17.9.3.40

only one thing different is country code i think.

                        >....is it impossible to use multiple country code with one WLC 9800L?
No ,  following another link of mine (documentation) : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/9800/config-guide/b_wl_16_10_cg/country-codes.html#Cisco_Task.dita_f92271d4-ebc0-4320-b276-d7f1274ab74f

You can configure multiple country codes separated by comma's (Step 5) ,
