Sorry, but I do not know how to see what firmware version has my BR350 running now. Can somebody tell me please?

Login to the web interface or the console. Under either "Home" or "Setup" you'll see a line at the top that says something like:
Cisco 350 Series Bridge 12.00T
The number at the end is the firmware version.
