Hi Guys
Small Auditorium room needs to be faciliated with Internet access supporting around 25 users. ISP provided a Ethernet drop cable to the room and shared public ip/mask/dns/GW. The area in auditorium is open one standalone AP seems to be ok. which model of Cisco Access Point will be good enough to handle the 25 users and provide automatic ip address to the guest
THANKS

Hi CP,
Depending on your budget and requirements, you can either choose a cisco AP or Linksys AP for small business.
If you are going to buy a cheap CISCO AP you can use 1130 AP and you can find them secondhand on ebay for example. They are out of sale from Cisco. (1240 and 1140 APs are also available from Cisco. not sure if 1240 is out of sale or not) 1242 does not support 802.11n while 1140 does and hence more expensive.
If you want a cheaper Linksys AP (or router) you better put your request in small business - wireless forum. They will probably support you better there.

Just to add... Here is a comparison chart with the newer Cisco AP's. Your budget will also determine if you use an enterprise AP or like Amjad mentioned, and older enterprise AP or a small business AP.
