Is there a utility that has the same functions as the IPSU, That can be run from command line?

HI.
UNFOTUNATELY, THERE IS NOT AN UTILITY LIKE THE IPSU THAT RUNS AT THE CLI. SINCE THE IPSU FUNCTION IS TO GUESS THE IP ADDRESS OF THE UNIT.
ITS OBVIOUS THAT WHEN YOU ARE AT THE CLI, YOU CAN SEE THE UNIT'S IP ADDRESS, SO IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE TO DO IT.

Also,
Just to clarify. I am in need of a way to obtain a WGB350's IP address from the computer it is connected to through command line, No GUI. The bridge is connected to a single PC.
