l2-filter block-arp in Wireless bridge environment

Hi,

I have two C1310 wireless bridges that used to bridge two buildings into one LAN. No other wireless clients (PC) are allowed. The IOS is c1310-k9w7-mx.123-8.JA

With the recent ARP bug in AP, the command l2-filter block-arp is required under the Dot11Radio0 to prevent IP maped to the AP via the Radio interface. If I applied this command to this environment, I will not be able to access or monitor one of the two bridge depending on which side of the bridge I"m coming from.

My questions for this, can this command be applied to this environment and still possible to monitor both of these bridges ? should this bug be exempted from this environment because afterall the access to these two bridges are for monitoring and network management only.

Appreciate your comments on this

Thanks

Justin Vo
