Local Radius Authenticator on Access point 1200

I am trying to setup Local Radius authenticator on the ACCESS point.I have everything setup right on the access point but my client PC's Never prompts me for username and password.

Since its in testing Phase,I am not using any authentication.

Any suggestions

In the ACU you have in leap-configuration the option to

be asked for the way of password prompt.
