I have a POC MSE setup and i am trying to get this link to our customers Ekahau RTLS server. I have followed the documentation to setup the Context aware subscription notification. The connection to the RTLS server is not coming up though. Just wondering if anyone else had got this setup successfully.
The MSE version is 8.0.130 and there are no firewalls between the two servers. I can telnet to the Ekahau server on the defined port 8710 but i cannot telnet to MSE on 8710. If i login and check netstat -a | grep 8710 there is nothing displayed. The context aware service is green and running. Have removed and readded the subscription and rebooted the server. are there any logs i can check for this?
At the moment MSE is using an evaluation license as we are waiting on the license to be delivered in a few weeks. Not sure if this would affect this connection.
