MSE not reachable from Prime error

Hi All,

MSE version-7.6.120.0 & Prime version 2.1.0.0.87

From past two days, MSE is showing unreachable from cisco prime. getserverinfo gives output as MSE services are down.

I tried restarting MSE but no luck. Shall i try deleting MSE from prime and again adding it..? whether all configuration will be lost on MSE ?

How to resolve this issue..?

Sounds like you need to delete it from prime and join it again ... Did something happen to cause it to break ?

Dear Experts,

Thanks for the response..

But all of sudden the MSE went down and we tried reloading the MSE services but no luck.. it is showing all MSE service are down.

Please let us know how to bring the MSE services up.
