NCS Backup problems

Hello all,

I've just having a low space problem in my Cisco Prime NCS 1.3.

I've detected that the problem is caused by many backup copies (up to 5 copies).

I'm trying to change the number of copies (Admin -> Background Task -> NCS Backup) but I can't access to details (all browsers always shows loading).

I'm suspecting it's due to background tasks status so it's always in "Running".

Are there any way to stop this backgroud task manually?

Any other idea in order to change the number of backup copies?

Hi,

as far as I know u can only decide how often u want to make the task,but not how much u want to keep. Here we need another mechanism and I'm not sure in the moment if we have a automatic one.

u can access the server via ssh and delete the files or write it to a remote repository.
