NCS Prime Licensing

If you don't need or want the ability to configure the switches using NCS, can you just license the NCS based on the number of APs. 

Or,  must you license for all APs AND all switches that they are attached to. 

Its not clear in the documentation if you have this level of control or not..

You don't have to have to put your switches in NCS, but every AP and switch that you put in NCS counts as a device license.
