Problem in getting the password over to the AP

Hi!

I am using a 2504 WLC and AP 1832.

the AP is connected to the network (visible in the air) but the password never works! So impossible to log to the network!

Any suggestion ? (would be greatly appreciated!)

Need more info... like what encryption are you using, how is it co figured, what code on the controller, all APs or some, you try creating a new SSID for testing, all devices or some?

Hi Scott!

I am moving forward (slowly)...I can now see the SSID's I published, but the password for those does not work.

I suppose the AP is not connected, for some reason, to the controller database ?
