I cannot find the article from cisco website where I red that:
WLC Global configuration in the security -- web login page --- External Webauth URL takes precedence IF IT IS NOT LEFT BLANK over the:
WLAN -- Layer 3 --- Override Global Config --- webauth type External --- URL, no matter the OVERRIDE option is enabled at the WLAN/SSID level.
Can anyone confirm this?

You can find this explaination directly on the WLC, on the WLAN configuration itself (cf below):
20 This configuration override only Web Authentication Type and External Webauth URL. Redirect URL on global config always override the URL on each WLAN. Keep the configuration on global blank if you need per WLAN redirect.
This means the webauth type and the the external Webauth URL defined under the WLANs configuration always override the global configuration. But if a Redirect URL is configured globally, it will be the one applied to all webauth clients, no matter what is configured on the WLAN itself.
