"config network ap-priority" command equivalent in Catalyst 9800

Hi all;

As far as I know, to disable AP Failover Priority functionality in AireOS-based WLCs, you can use the "config network ap-priority" command. Right? Now, Is it possible to achieve the same functionality in Catalyst 9800?

Another question is that, what happens when we disable AP Failover Priority in general?

Thanks

when you disable this Op and WLC is full the AP will not have high priority to join WLC than other AP

 First, this feature only make sense if you have more than one WLC available.  If you do and you disable it, , AP will connect to the first WLC they receive a capwap offer.

 This is somehow a filter to control AP joining in case you have, for example, not enough license in case one WLC drops.

And you answered your first question on the second question.

Thanks for your reply;

How can I achieve the same functionality regarding to using the "config network ap-priority" command in Catalyst 9800?

Thanks

Did you ever check link I share??
