Reduce wireless coverage WLC

Hello guys, is possible reduce the wireless coverage only in one AP, this AP will spread only one SSID and this SSID must stay in a room, I can make this throught RF profile?

Yes, if the walls to the room are lined with lead (Pb) or a Faraday Cage.

Exactly how big is this room (length, width & height)?  

What are the walls (including ceiling and floor) made out of?  If the walls, ceilings and floor are made out of wood, what are their thickness and "space fillers"?

 Reducing the transmit power of the AP is one option that you can use to limit the coverage area.
