Roaming between different networks and groups of APs. Good Morning. What is the best configuration practice on the controller (Cisco 5520) to roaming between different networks (L3) transparently on a network with authentication on a Firewall.

 - You can't roam between  sub nets ; roaming is done when the client chooses another AP for the same WAN. If you want to get on a new network, preferably  you should be able to connect to a new SSID for that network and obtain a new IP address...

Please elaborate by the meaning of this?

Does this mean like "going from one building/site to another"?

Very important: Wireless NIC drivers of the client must be updated.
