Hello Cisco Experts,
We do a current setup for our Board Member iPad for BYOD on Cisco ISE 2.4.0.357. The iPads needs to connect to BYOD SSID and install two certificates to provision to be able to connect to Board_SSID. The first install certificate installed successfully on the iPad but the second certificate is getting error ""Profile Installation Failed. The SCEP server returned an invalid response." - See attached photo.
It was working before, but not sure what happen and stopped working after renewing the certificate.
Would you please advise, how can we resolve this? Any Ideas?
Thanks,
Francis

Hi Marce,
I did follow but we are getting Same Error. Same in the attachment.
I followed either this https://community.cisco.com/t5/network-access-control/byod-not-working-on-apple-ios-10-3-x-cscvd38467/m-p/3561671 AND I opened a TAC Case for this, but still the issue is not yet resolved. Do you have any ideas to fix this issue?
