Security using iBooks and Aironet 350 Series

In a large high school setting we have 15 Aironet 350 series access points installed. We connect to the WLAN using about 200 iBooks, both OS 9 and OS X. We need to address security as we have reports of unauthorized access from outside the building. What are the options?
