show tech-support details failing due to standby controller not in HA mode

Hello! I tried to download a show tech-support details, and it failed saying that the standby controller was not in HA mode. Any ideas on how to solve this issue so that I can generate and save the logs for this switch?

Can you post the output to the WLC CLI command of "sh red summary"?

Thanks for getting to me on this Leo. I actually have been researching and I think the problems being experienced are related to a known Cisco bug that has a dplug for it. I'll keep you posted.

It was indeed 2 Cisco bugs-- CSCuc85584 and then CSCue91565. Dplugs for both were performed and the copy run start became functional along with the redundant supervisor coming out of Powered-up and into HA-standby. Perfect. Thank you.
