Simple question about rouming

Hi,

Have a simple question.

I have a 2504 WLC with two 2702 AP´s.
Trying to connect a printer over wireless but since it can see both AP´s it will not connect.
On the report on printer, it tells me that it can see more than one AP with the used SSID.

Everything else works for clients etc.

No, I'm no expect but hope the YOU expects can help me.

That must be an issue with that printer.  I have multiple printers with around 8 access points and the printers connect to an SSID fine, doesn't matter that all ap's are broadcasting the SSID.  Since it is a printer, create a new SSID and tie that to one of the access points using ap groups.

There is nothing wrong with what you have, because your other devices are working.  Its just your printer and the capabilities it has.

What is the make, model of the printer and what firmware is the printer running on?
What is the exact error message?
