truning off SSID broadcast

I configured an Aironet 1300 bridge point-to-point with root and non-root setup and did not select the beacon broadcast but i can still see the SSID being broadcast. Is there anyway to stop it?

This is a known problem in 12.2(15)JA software. The bug ID is CSCee34600. 12.3(2)JA has the fix.
