Unable to access web GUI on CISCO ISR C1111-8PLTEW

Hello i am having issues accessing the web GUI on my ISR  i have verified that secure web is enabled and i am able to ping the devices IP but when trying to HTTPS i get a "The connection was reset." error  looking for some advice on the issue thank you!

I have also tried multiple browsers and cleared the cache off my computer able to ping but no access

hello @shardge1495 The "connection reset" error is usually caused by misconfigured ports, certificates, or browser issues. Here’s how to troubleshoot:

  • Ports/ACLs: Verify ip http secure-server is enabled and no ACL blocks port 443 or custom https....
  • Certificate: If self-signed, try accepting it in your browser or regenerate it.
  • Browser: Test in Chrome/Firefox incognito mode (cache/extensions can interfere).
