client are expericing voice hatching : every thing looks good in dashboard ( all is green!)
VOICE CALL full web to AWS and salesforce . no latency, no high usage of ap . WIFI is only on 5Ghz and 20Mhz channel wide. clients are well dispatched into differents AP cell ( 24 clients ap1, 20 on AP2.... ) ; all devices are macbook pro
snr is optimal .
any idea ?

You can try creating a traffic prioritization rule.
However, it would be helpful to perform packet capture during the problem to validate if anything is being discarded.

Hi,
Traffic was prioritize but pb still present.
Some captures was done but difficult to get info as pb can disappear for some times... nightmare..

Does it also happen if you plug a client into the wired network?

Hi,
We've suggested customer to test with some ethernet adaptator because all macbooks are just able to get access with wifi network : waiting for ethernet to confirm.
We are still working in diagnose wifi to see what pb could cause voice hatching.
