Cisco 9800 WLC as centralized controller. I am having issue only one SSID and same endpoint works with different SSID

I ran Radio trace logs and not seeing logs for SSID where i am unable to connect but it throwing error as connection failed.

Which authentication method do you use on this SSID?

Authentication method is Open

That could be the reason.  Try to setup a password on the SSID and test. Some clients may refuse to connect on open ssid due security reason. 

Unless this is a Guest SSID with web portal

What is the client type (and OS) and have you tried different client types

Is it OPEN with mac filtering, or just open. 

You say nothing in the RA then you will probably need to do an over the air packet capture (easiest if you have a Macbook and use Airtool) that will show you if the client is even attempting to connect
