Will an AP transmit frames to a workstation that roams?

Let's say a client is receiving a stream of data from a server that is on the wired network. If the client roams away from the AP, and doesn't associate with another AP, will the AP continue to transmit frames from the server to the client over the wireless link?

I know that the ethernet switch will continue to forward frames out the switch port where the AP is connected until the CAM entry for the client ages out, but will the AP continue to forward those frames?

In most of the scenarios, whenever a clients roams from one AP to the second, it takes some time to update the changes and during this time if there is some network packet for the client which has roamed it gets dropped as the AP doesn't know that the client has roamed. In essence, the AP will continue sending the frames.

When the host needs to send packet to the roaming client, and the client has moved but not sent data, the host does not know where the client is and so the packet gets dropped.

if client is roaming from one AP to another AP , client will not losse connection

to first ap untill it sucessfully associate with second ap . If second ap does

not allow the client to associate , client will remain connected to first ap and

continue sending traffic .
