For several days I do have a problem with Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 clients which are connected to the 802.1x
WLAN on a Cisco AP2702. Normally the connections are working fine but sometimes the connection freezes and the clients are not even able to ping the gateway but when they move to a 2602 everything is working fine again. (I have just 6 2702 and about 200 2602 and 1142 Access Points)
I´m using Cisco WLC5508 with SW 7.6.130.0 does anybody have made the same experience ?
I haven´t seen any Log entry neither on the WLC nor at the Prime nor at the ISE
Could anybody explain me what happens there and what I can do to stop this issue
The main problem is that our CEO has windows 10 Client
