Wireless -AP Group Issue/AP DHCP Issue

Hi All,
I am faceing the issue with Cisco Wireless. After switch reboot where APs connected APs comes with default AP Group. Also I am configured the static IP address, But after reboot the switch where APs connected they comes up with DHCP IP address. Need your help to resovled this issue. WLC Code - AIR-CT5520-K9-8-2-141-0.aes

Does your APs is in Flexconnect mode and is part of an Flexconnect group?

No Local mode only. But I created different groups on local controller.

The recommended and stable version is 8.2.166.0. Which is also Krack free. 

 This can be a bug as there's no reason to that happen.
