Hi there,

We are facing a problem to make a laptop connect to AC band, instead it is connecting to N band, how can we force the client to work on the AC band?

thanks.

 - Client decides autonomously but will favor the most optimal or fastest wireless connection. In that sense 1) Does it support AC to start with ? 2) Make sure OS and or wireless drivers are up to date.

Does the wireless client even support AC?  Please provide the exact model of the wireless NIC and the wireless driver.

If the wireless NIC is Intel and does support AC, then have a look at this Intel Field Notice:  Intel® Wireless Adapters and Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) networks
