Details are needed.
What kind of wireless devices (model numbers)?
What kind of network (office wireless, point-to-point, etc)?
How many (and what kind) clients and Access points?
Are you designing and creating the network, or taking over an existing network?
Even if you are new to these kinds of networks, it is usually not too hard. Many of the access points have a web interface where you just need to select some values.
We can help you select the values, but it is necessary to know what your are trying to accomplish and with what kind of equipment.
