Wireless network drive mapping

Customers when booting there pc's to wireless they do not get their network mapped drives. We don't see their login script run like we do when their on a lan line. They authenticate fine and are on the network but no drives. If we put their login script batch file on their desktop and run it everything comes in fine. Anybody know a reason for the login not to run when booting to wireless.? AP cisco 1200 and pc's are Dell with integrated lan cards.

There is a known issue with Login scripts and PEAP, are you running PEAP in your Network?

We run Leap, what's strange is some customers say they don't have this problem.
