wlc 9800 problems 802.1x

I have an SSID with 802.11x, version 17.9.5. I get "cannot connect to this network", the status remains in "authenticating" from other devices it joins correctly with the same credentials, I attach the logs

  - Have the attached debugTrace for this client analyzed with : Wireless Debug Analyzer

    + Always have  an overall checkup of the  WLC 9800 controller's configuration with the CLI command
       show tech wireless and feed the output from that into Wireless Config Analyzer
      use the full command as denoted in green , do not use a simple show tech as input for this procedure

as per your trace, it seems like credential failure, make sure the account is not locked, password is correct and device is not placed in exclusion list because of multiple failed try.
