Solved: WLC C9800 - tacacs remote acecss and local lobby admin access

Is it possible to have a Lobby Admin locally, while the TACACS is connected to the device?

I have an instance that Lobby Admin is not working while tacacs is connected. Is there any workaround? Thanks!
