Hi all
I´m a bit newbie on cisco wireless world and I would like some assistance on that if possible
I´m using a Cisco Wireless Lan Controller SM-SRE-700-K9 nd I had installed for 2x 25 units license pack on this, what gives me 50 APs capacity.
Strange thing is, only 10 AP are appearing to me on list of APs connected in the WLC.
Any idea what could be the issue ?
Many Thanks
Antonio

can you do a show license summary? make sure that it's showing 50 AP as the max count.

Steve

ok, so you are licensed for 50, just wanted to make sure it 'stuck'
Can you pick an AP that is not joining and capture
debug mac addr < mac of AP >
debug capwap events enable
debug capwap errors enable

Sent from Cisco Technical Support iPhone App

Please post the following output:
1. WLC: sh sysinfo;
2. AP: sh version;
3. AP: sh inventory;
4. AP: Reboot the AP and post the entire bootup process.

I did clean the APs and reconfigured one by one and it seems to be working now. So wasn´t an license issue
