Need more info. What controller do you have, what code are you running, what AP model do you have? Basic things are to make sure the code on the WLC is compatible with the AP model, set the country code on the controller for the AP model, make sure you have license on the controller and set the time on the controller. Also putting the AP’s on the same subnet as the WLC management helps.

2500 WLC

what AP model do you have?

AP AIR-CAP2702I-A-K9

the code on the WLC is compatible with the AP model

Where can i see that?

make sure you have license on the controller and set the time on the controller

Its enough license in my WLC

Also putting the AP’s on the same subnet as the WLC management helps

ITS in the same subnet AP and WLC

I solved issue, trouble is time on WLC, is wrong

if u have any solution please share , me also facing this issue while trying to configure  AIR-CAP1532I-D-K9 to wlc 3504

error showing

osapiBsnTimer: Feb 26 15:32:14.307: %DTLS-3-HANDSHAKE_FAILURE: openssl_dtls.c:3224 Failed to complete DTLS handshake with peer

You should start a new thread. Any ways, you need to make sure the time is set on the WLC, use NTP if you can. Make sure you have enough AP license.
Do you have any other aps joined to the WLC?
