WLC2504 - multiple regulatory domain APs

Good day.

We have a customer based in Russia that uses WLC2504 + some of APs with R-reg.domain

(1815i-R , 3702i-R, 3802i-R)

Now now that customer bought some new APs that have E-reg.domain

Is it enough to change the country code support on the WLC to make all of the APs correctly work together with roaming ?

Or we should change the country code on all E-APs to R ?

What configuration would be correct ?

Convert some new APs (-E) to Mobility Express.

Then convert all but one into CAPWAP image.

Nominate an AP to be loaded with Mobility Express image.  This turns the AP into a "hybrid" AP + built-in WLC.  Configure the AP with the different Regulatory Domain.
