- Are you effectively using ipv6 , if not you may disable it with : config ipv6 disable If needed consider https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/wireless-lan-controller-software/200046-tac-recommended-aireos.html and upgrade if applicable , check if the problem persists
