WPA2-Radius with 1242AG and server2003

Can someone help me figure where the problem is

I'm trying to change from WPA2-AES to WPA2-Radius but I'm not sure if its the windows server or the AP that I have the config wrong on how can I figure that out?

Perform these steps in order to configure the RADIUS server for EAP-FAST authentication:

Create a User Database to Authenticate Clients

Add the WLC as AAA Client to the RADIUS Server

Configure EAP-FAST Authentication on the RADIUS Server with Anonymous In-band PAC Provisioning
