1. はじめに
このドキュメントはACIモードで出荷されたNexus 9000シリーズをStandaloneモードに変更する手順について説明しています。
TFTP serverによっては、大きなサイズのファイル転送が行えないものがあります。本ドキュメントの作成にあたりTFTP serverにはTftpd64（http://www.tftpd64.com/）を使用しています。
ドキュメント中で使用しているNX-OSのバージョンはLatestの7.0(3)I7(1)となります。これはドキュメント作成時点でリリースされているすべての機器に対応しているためです。今後リリースされるプロダクトに対応するために、使用するNX-OSはLatestバージョンを推奨します。
ドキュメント内のサンプルでは、コマンドラインで入力する文字列を‘command’（青太字）、Yes/Noの選択を‘yes’（赤太字）、コメントを‘comment’（赤イタリック）で表記しています。
2. 作業手順
2.1. Nexus 9000スイッチの起動
ACIモードで出荷されたNexus 9000スイッチは、以下のログインプロンプト“(none) login:”で起動します。

2.2. Nexus 9000 スイッチの再起動とloaderでの起動
電源ケーブルの抜き差しを行い、スイッチを再起動します。再起動が開始し“CISCO SWITCH VerX.XX”が表示されたら‘Ctrl+c’を入力します。継続して入力するとloaderでの失敗を防げます。

2.3. IPアドレスとゲートウェイの設定
スイッチを起動後、IPアドレスと必要に応じてゲートウェイの設定を行います。

2.4. リカバリーモードの設定
ACIモードのNexus 9000シリーズはBootflashの容量がStandaloneモードと異なり、システムの初期化を行う必要があります。システムの初期化にはリカバリーモードで一旦起動を止める必要があるため、‘cmdline recoverymode=1’を設定します。

2.5. NX-OSイメージの読み込みと起動
TFTPもしくはUSB経由でNX-OSイメージを読み込み、スイッチを起動させます。
Note: ここでNX-OSイメージを読み込んでも、Bootflashには保存されません。NX-OSで起動後、改めてBootflashにNX-OSイメージを保存する必要があります。
TFTP経由で起動する場合は以下のように指定します。

2.6. システムの初期化
“switch(boot)#”が表示されたら‘init system’でシステムを初期化します。

2.7. NX-OSイメージでの起動と初期設定
初期化が完了したら、NX-OSの起動を再開し、スイッチを起動させます。

起動後、POAPを無効にしノーマルセットアップを行うために‘yes’を入力します。起動ログに埋もれている場合は、一度“Enter”キーを押すと表示されます。

その後、通常のNX-OSの初期化プロセスに移るので、adminパスワードの設定、およびbasic configuration dialogのスキップを行います。

ログイン後、mgmt 0インターフェースにIPアドレスを設定します。また、必要に応じてmanagement VRFにゲートウェイを設定します。

2.9. Standaloneモードでの起動設定と初期化
boot コマンドでダウンロードしたイメージを指定し、設定を保存します。

3. TFTP serverの準備
ここではTftpd64のインストールと設定について説明します。
3.1. インストーラーのダウンロード
Tftpd64のダウンロードページから“direct link for tftpd64 installer”をクリックし、インストーラーをダウンロードします。
3.2. Tftpd64のインストール
ダウンロード後、インストーラーをダブルクリックし任意のフォルダにインストールしてください。下記の例では‘C:\Program Files\Tftpd64’にインストールしています。
3.3. Tftpd64の設定
インストール後、Tftpd64を起動し、アプリケーションの設定を行います。起動した画面で表示される“Current Directory”にStandaloneモードで使用するNX-OSイメージが存在するディレクトリを指定します。
恒久的に変更する場合は“Settings”からTFTPタブの“Base Directory”でディレクトリを指定し、GLOBALタブで“Syslog Server”、“DHCP Server”からチェックを外し“OK”をクリックして設定を終了します。
4. 起動OSの確認方法
Nexus 9000 シリーズがどちらの OS で起動してきたかは、起動後に表示されるプロンプトで判断が可能です。
4.1. ACIモード
ACIモードでは起動後“(none)login:”とログインプロンプトが表示されます。

4.2. Standaloneモード
Standaloneモードでは“normal setup”を行うのかどうかを確認するプロンプトが表示されます。
