We're setting up call recording and listening to the WAV file with my SB561 headset, I can only hear one side of the conversation.
I plugged in an SB562 headset and listening to the same file, I can hear both sides of the conversation in each ear.
My coworker listening to the same file using an SB562 headset hears one side of the conversation in one ear and the other side of the conversation in the other ear.
I'm thinking there must be a "mono" setting that's set on mine and my coworker's not.
I'd like to know how to get the SB561 to hear both sides of the conversation.
Any ideas?
