We use Cisco 8851 phones and Cisco SB562 and Cisco SB561
Is there a call indicator light that will work with this combo?
We have a USB solution that works for Jabber users, but have phone-only users who need a call indicator light...
We thought the "Embrava BLYNCLIGHT Plus" would work, but not sure if they will work without Cisco Jabber..
Any ideas?

We have an implementation working with 8851s and Cyberdata 01376 SIP RGB lights.

Hope this helps.

Hi Maren, at the price, I'm guessing you don't buy one device for each phone, is that correct?

It's a...um..."special client" that has more money than they know what to do with. There are about 20 of these. -- Maren

Sadly, we don't have that kind of money but wish we did ...

@kbeaton Did you find a solution? I have a group of phone-only users asking for the same thing. Like you, I have a handful of users using the Embrava light with Jabber with works fine. I did find these: https://www.plenom.com/products/kuando-busylight-combi/ but it just seems like a lot of needles cables. I just wish I could plug that same Embravia light into the USB port on an 8851 and have it light up when the user is on a call. Seems like such a simple ask.
