Connecting Cisco Table Microphone to Laptop

Hi. My company just decommissioned a conference room for other uses and the codec and table mics in the room are no longer in use. I was thinking is there a way to connect the 1/8" TRRS table mic for personal use on a PC for me to attend meetings.

I have an audio interface connected to my PC and was using an external microphone. But the small form factor of the table mic is attractive to me.

Please also suggest alternatives if there is any.

Attached a photo of the table mic for your reference.

It won't just connect as-is.  You will need to supply 12V of phantom power to the microphone as well as converting the audio signal from balanced to unbalanced.

It would be easier (and probably cheaper) to use something that is designed to do the job (like an atr4697-usb) than to try to retrofit the old microphone to do the same thing.
