Hi,
I am not able to get music output from my iPhone on my HS 730 headset.
If I disconnect the Cisco USB Dongle from my notebook music playback will work.
If I connect it again, it immediately stops playing music. phone shows music is still playing but headset doesn't has output.
Headset and Dongle are on latest firmware.
Tried already to forget the HS on my phone and re-pair.
Any suggestions?

So if I’m reading this correctly you have your headset connected with two devices at the same time and try to play music from your mobile? I don’t think that this would work. Do you get any sort of sound on your mobile, like for example in a call?

Headset ist connect to two devices.
Notebook via Cisco USB Dongle + iPhone BT.
On the notebook is no active sound playing.
I start music on the iPhone. I can hear no music on the headset.
But if I receive a call on the phone I can answer the call as expected.
only music playback or any other audio source like videos from youtube or instagram app will not work.

What I think happens is that your computer device is monopolising the media sound channel in the headset. Likely this is by design in the operating system on your computer. Try to see if there are any settings on your computer that could alter this behaviour. Probably there are not, but it’s worth a try.

can't find anything which could take control over the headset output.

Did some further testing.
Issue seems to come from Cisco USB Adapter.
When I pair the headset directly to the notebook via BT no problem.
I can still play music from the mobile phone while connected to the computer.
