We are using Jabber phone services in a conference room were a user uses a hearing aide. The user has a hard time hearing the speakers from the camera/speaker/mic system and we added a JBL charge 5 bluetooth speaker (no microphone) so he could hear better. The speaker works fine with Windows 10, Zoom, Teams, etc but Jabber does not list the speaker in the option. Has anyone encountered this or have a fix?
