Wireless headset connection issues

I have just recieved a Cisco Headset 56x Series (Wireless) and have connected it to my Cisco IP Phone 7965. Everything looks like how the directions say to do it but I cannot hear anything on the headset.  Do I need an adapter? And If I do what kind? I have attechted some photos as well.

According to the documentation it * should * work even if not officially supported
