Hi there - could someone please tell me how to cancel my Webex subscription? No reflection on the product, it just isn't needed any more, and I have spent an hour going in circles through the various support pages to no avail. Thanks - Coby

Same here - we are using TEAMS now and will not need CISCO going forward.
Can someone please provide support on how to cancel our subscription? It's virtually impossible.

I paid for June 2020-2021 Webex plan. The plan automatically renewed for 2021-2022 on June 30, 2021. I don't use webex anymore. Can I get a refund when I cancel the plan? The cancelation page says that if I canceled the plan, the account will move to free account only in June 2022. Can someone please help?
1) I want to cancel the webex account
2) I want refund for the 2021-2022 charges

Hi Tara,
I'd advise to reach out Cisco Webex sales or Customer support for your refund query, I dont know up to what extend refund could be possible but they would definitely help you on that.
