I have continually found Webex superior to MS Teams.
1. Audio / Background noise filtering is better.
2. AS Dtibbe noted - there are a TON of apps and more coming. Many of our users love Slido.
3. Webex had the best encryption / security of all the options we compared side-by-side.
4. Greater control over releases and feature adoption help.
Of course Teams wins the price war if you have MS Office, which most do.
Thanks!

The price really depends on your requirements -- for instance, Calling is in a Webex Suite included, for MS you may need an additional telephony addon..
Ok, not needed for messaging only, but by the time, you may want to use the better Collaboration app (ie. Webex

The great advantage of Webex is that you have control of your data and there is just one presence for your user. You can easily create spaces, teams, and add external users. For sure, you can do similar things in Teams, but if you are a guest in another organization, the data is out of your control. You even have to switch the organization in order to be active there, loosing contact to your own organization.
You can easily integrate Calling and Meeting as well (ie. upsell if you're a sales guy).
There are plenty of integrations and applications available for Webex (https://apphub.webex.com/).
You still can benefit of a Sharepoint in the backend as data storage.
You may use your own KMS for encryption.
A good idea might also be to reach out your PSS/CSM/TSA, they will provide you additional information and may also have access to some battle cards or so.
