My Call Me Function is not working after joining a webex

When I join the web ex, and I connect thru the iPad it shows I am connected....When I do the “call me” feature it has worked perfectly for several mos...Now when I do the “call me” my voicemail picks up and does not allow me to join the web ex via my phone....I don’t even hear my phone ring like it used to...

Can anyone share any troubleshooting ideas?

What phone are you getting the call on?
A Jabber softphone? Is it registered?
A physical phone?
